Built a 3-year high-growth cash flow model from scratch that gave them investor-ready projections, and in the process surfaced real operating limitations standing between them and the growth they were projecting. Also built a break-even model to understand volume requirements at different cost structures.
Backlog cleanup, audit readiness, and systems rollout
This organization had gone more than six months without proper accounting, with an audit and tax filing deadline closing in. Cleaned up the full backlog of past-due reconciliations, got their books current and audit-ready, and helped prepare a budget for board approval.
